Users are responsible for the files and projects they choose to use with the app.

4. User-Provided Files and Projects

If you use NeXusTC VN Player with your own project files, those files remain your responsibility.

NeXusTC does not claim ownership over user-provided projects, scripts, images, audio, video, save files, or other content.

NeXusTC VN Player is not intended to be used to access, distribute, or share copyrighted content without authorization. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any project files they load into the app.

Please do not send us project files, private files, passwords, payment details, government identification, or sensitive personal information unless we specifically request it through an official secure process.

If you send screenshots, logs, device details, or other materials for support, we may use them only to investigate the issue, respond to your request, improve documentation, or improve app stability.

NeXusTC does not receive or store full credit card numbers or full payment credentials.
